The purpose of the Housewright Guild Enterprise Portal (HGEP) is to facilitate the overarching responsibility of luxury homeownership while reducing the burden on the homeowner. The ultimate goal is to achieve the highest level of service and organization possible while controlling the associated costs. The portal will allow you and your authorized information users access to rich data in a compressed timeframe that enables maximum efficiencies and clear channels of communication.
The portal is also your gateway for home automation. Integrating the disparate technologies of lighting, HVAC, security, pool, music systems and more, into a user-friendly interface. This will let you spend your time enjoying the benefits of automation while not concerning yourself with the intricacies.
Contractor/Vendor database
The database will consist of the detailed information regarding all of your premium contractors and suppliers. It will also contain a technical description of the specific system maintenance they perform and/or supply.
Systems and Appliance database
The database will consist of the detailed information regarding all of your mechanical systems and major appliances. It will also contain a technical description of the item and contractor assigned for service.
Systems Monitoring
The Notices bulletin will include alerts from the automated home control systems. It will also alert the owner that a bid has been received.
Maintenance Calendar
The calendar will be pre-populated with your preventative maintenance schedule along with routine service. Each maintenance item will be described in full and have a contractor assigned in the Maintenance Item Technical Specification section.
Bid Submission and Managemen
This tool will let you send out RFB's (request for bids) for home heating oil and propane.
Home Automation Control
This is your gateway for all the automated systems in your home. Icons displayed on the floor and site plan allow for central control of multiple electronic systems.

This will link you directly to your financial site of choice.
Proposed Infrastructure Upgrades
